The Safeway Out Lite is a 12-inch-long by 1-inch-wide light that is 1 inch in height with an on/off control turn knob at the end. The light itself is in a 9-inch-long crystal tube containing one 8-inch-long SEQUENTIAL LED flashing light strip. This clear tube is attached to the 2-inchlong battery assembly and the aforementioned on/off control switch. The battery assembly clamps around the crystal tube, creating a water- resistant seal.

The Safeway Out Lite is powered by one 9-VOLT battery and held together by 4 evenly placed screws, thus allowing the battery to be replaced every 6 months (LIKE YOUR SMOKE DETECTOR). The Safeway Out Lite has one last item on the back bottom or underside: a strip of very tacky and super sticky glue. When peeled and attached, it’s designed to be there forever.
